Fund Development Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Fund Development Coordinator

This is a fulltime exempt position for someone who has a passion for improving our community by connecting with donors. The ideal candidate is independent, energetic, computer savvy, and a good communicator.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive annual giving plan resulting in a large sustained base of annual giving
  2. Identify, acquire and maintain organizational donors
  3. Broaden donor awareness of agency programs and priorities; and increase the visibility of its programs across key stakeholder audiences
  4. Plan, coordinate, and implement special fundraising events outlined in the annual fund development plan
  5. Work with Community Outreach Coordinator to identify and develop written grant proposals
  6. Promote positive public relations within the work setting and in the community
  7. Interact with staff members, Fund Development committee members, and volunteers to achieve the organizational financial goals
  8. Maintain organizational database of donors to track gifts

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 2 years documented experience in development
  2. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Publishing Software
  3. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
