Central Wyoming Hospice Program is expanding its’ psychosocial department to meet
the demands of our increasing census. The successful candidate will work with our clients
and families to provide support in dealing with end of life issues. We offer a manageable
caseload and the support of a premiere team.

Requirments:
Successful candidates must have a minimum of
a BSW and be eligible for certification or licensure in the State of Wyoming. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation a must.
