Community partners are one of the most integral parts of our fundraising success at Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions. As a local non-profit that does not receive state or federal funding, we depend upon a combination of fundraisers and donations from private individuals and companies to supplement the ever widening gap between what we receive from third party reimbursements such as Medicaid and Medicare and the actual costs of providing our services to the community. Support at all levels is extremely important to us and we are constantly amazed at the generosity of the communities in which we serve hospice patients and their families.
While we realize that most people sponsor events due to their generous philanthropic nature, we also understand this is a marketing opportunity for companies. We have developed our sponsorships to provide the maximum amount of visibility to the companies who step forward to support us. We also realize that the needs of each company are different and we are happy to customize a package that will best suit the needs of employees and the company’s community outreach goals.
We also believe in approaching a company only once so that they understand what we are doing for the upcoming year and can make an informed decision up front rather than repeatedly throughout the years. Our sponsorship package includes the entire year of events and companies can sponsor their favorite events or choose to be involved in everything we do.
