We offer two different types of volunteer opportunities.
Patient Support
As a patient support volunteer, you will be working directly with patients and their families, providing companionship, respite, running errands and light housekeeping. Often, you will be there just to hold a hand and listen.
Administrative
As an administrative volunteer, you can provide valuable organizational support to Central Wyoming Hospice & Transitions. Volunteers assist with filing, gardening, baking, helping with special events and mailings, and many more organizational tasks.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. We provide free volunteer trainings throughout the year. Participants will learn about the end-of-life experience, the grieving process, communication skills, and more.
We are thankful for our volunteers; we could not provide the level of care we do without them. If you're interested in becoming a volunteer, please fill out and submit the form below or contact our volunteer coordinator at (307) 577-4832.
